SAFE WATER PLUS(+) constructed a modest one room structure in San Benito for Nayansi & her family

In February 2016, SWP(+) built a modest one room house measuring 12′ X 14′ behind the lady’s house where Francisca & her family had been staying for several months after being evicted by the landlord of the other house. Using used sheet metal on the sides & used lumber. Only the roof got new metal trying to keep the housing looking as much like all the others in the community. An attorney was used to draw up a 50 year lease agreement between Francisca & Maria to insure Francisca & her family would have a place to live as long as se needed. The Document was filed in Managua District Court for additional insurance.
